Well, one down and one to go.  Last night we performed in an evening show for kids and their parents, and this afternoon we will perform one more time for the whole school.  I admit…I fumbled it a little on one part, and that would have been barely noticeable if I’d been where I’d wanted to be, second row left.  But no.  I got moved to the front row, and then moved again to front row center with my partner, so consequently, my bauble was BIG AS LIFE!  But that okay.  As soon as I made it, I was less nervous and more relaxed.  All in all, it went good.  And today…well, we’ll see.

Tonight, after weeks of practicing and tweak after tweak to the dance number, I will be performing with the rest of the PTA board to Phineas & Ferb’s Gitchee Gitchee Goo.  Somehow this morning I even got moved to front row center, smack in the middle of the action.

Here’s a preview shot–we’re all dressing as Perry the Platypus in black fedoras (and denim capris, which he doesn’t wear).  Perry does not look happy, does he?
