Photo Finish

I had the awesome opportunity to view the entrants in the National Gingerbread House Competition, held at the Grove Park Inn in Asheville, North Carolina, in mid-December last year.  I've been meaning to post a few pictures, but the holidays snuck up on me... But you're getting to see them now, so enjoy!  These were a few of my favorites... Youth (up to age 7)              Youth (ages 8-12)               Teens               And Adults...   Pretty amazing, huh? So, which is your favorite? I'm very partial to that gypsy trailer among the trees. Not to mention that Clydesdale, which was part of a larger scene that I, evidently, didn't capture.

  1. The seven year old’s gingerbread houses are light years beyond what I was able to accomplish this year.

  2. Do I really have to choose a favorite? They are all so good! I do love the sleigh ride one and the downtown shops next to it. Oh, but they are all wonderful! Thanks for sharing these!
