Sick Day
I got an imprompu flu shot yesterday while at Target, and now I imagine I have symptoms. Whether real or imaginary, flu-shot or allergy-related, the symptoms are making me feel a little ‘poor baby.’ I got the kids off to school and walked the dog, and now I’m sitting under the fan, the dog sprawled out beside me, reading Practical Magic by Alice Hoffman. I am participating in the Practical Magic Blog Party starting tomorrow, and I need to get my act together. I watched the movie Wednesday night, and am now midway through the book. (They’re so different!) Have you seen the book? Watched the movie? Which is your favorite?

Um, I watched part of the movie. Clearly I didn’t like it enough to finish it.

Stacy, I think you’d enjoy the book much better. There are parts of the movie I really liked, but I’m enjoying the book much more.

I like the movie better because I didn’t even know there was a book 😛 Now I’ll have to check it out.
