Vacation Is Over
After one long, exhausting, fun-filled week away from home, I’m back! We went up to Colorado, to Denver and Estes Park, and really had a full week. I’ll be glad to be in my own bed, in my own room, without my two sons whispering from the next bed over. I was almost completely without computer access and only checked my email once. We did use my husband’s laptop to watch a few episodes of the Gilmore Girls Season 2, but otherwise, we were pretty detached. So…I need to catch up! I plan on blogging again tomorrow with pics from my trip and trying to catch up with all of you–I’ve missed being ‘connected’.
I did take a mini-hiatus from the 100 Words in 100 Days Challenge. I figured I didn’t want to knock myself out trying to keep it going on vacation. So I’ll just start over. In fact, since I’m really more in editing mode, I may adjust the challenge to fit: if I work on my WIP everyday, I’ll count it as a day of progress…

Welcome home! I’m glad you and your family had a great trip.

Welcome back!
Maybe I’ll try the 100 words 100 days challenge. It’s manageable but still disciplined.

I love it that when you miss a day or so, you just start over on the 100-day challenge. That’s so inspiring! I’ve done a few of those challenges, and I never missed more than a couple days out of the whole 100, but each time it was so profoundly disheartening…I wish I’d had your great attitude.
Oh, and welcome home!

Welcome back. You have been missed.
I can’t wait to see the pics. I absolutely love Denver and it sounds like you had a great time.
At conference I didn’t write a word so now it’s trying to get back on the wagon again.
Totally agree with you though, working on the wip is working on the wip.

Welcome back! If only coming back from vacation were simple. It’s hard to pick up the routines again!
